Deposits and Program Fees will be paid directly to ARTIS:
Application forms (found on our homepage) and the non-refundable $300 deposits due before May 8th. Applications received between May 8th and Aug. 8th will have a $50 late fee. Applications received after Aug. 8th will have a $100 late fee. Payments in full due by Sept. 25th.

PROGRAM FEES WILL COVER:
Round Trip Air Fare - there will be a group flight from San Francisco. Extended stays or Individual return dates are possible at additional costs.
- Use of full time tour guide during daily outings.- sightseeing with station English speaking guide
- Housing - will be in First Class hotels and based on two persons per room. Individual rooms are available at additional costs.
- All entrance fees during daily field trips.
- All local bus fares when on class excursions.
- All meals as per itinerary except drinks and tips
- All transfer and transportation with air-con vehicle
- Domestic flight ticket Yangon-Mandalay, Bagan-Heho-Kyaing Tong -Yangon as per itinerary
- Boat fare from Mandalay-Bagan, Mingun and Inle.
- 14 nights accommodation with daily breakfast at the hotel.
- 1 bottle of drinking water per day
HOTEL AND TRAVEL COSTS DURING EXCURSIONS ARE ALSO COVERED IN THE PROGRAM FEE!
These will include for the 17 day program:
- Arrival: transfer from each Airport to hotel.
- Transportation to each city we visit Chartered transport for all excursions.
- Departure: transport from Yangon to the Airport. (This applies to the scheduled group departure only. People returning after this date are responsible for their own bookings).
- All participants will be cover by Group Travel insurance which is valid abroad. See insurance section.
THE ARTIS PROGRAM FEE does not cover college tuition, personal expenses, such as personal travel, passport fees, art supplies, tips and drinks,- Yangon departure airport tax (USD 10) etc.
PLEASE NOTE : your fees cover a round trip flight from San Francisco to Myanmar only, however we might be able to get a free add-on from other cities so check with us first. Otherwise all connecting transportation into San Francisco will be at an additional cost.
