ABOUT ARTIS - ARTIS STAFF

David Renfrow, ARTIS Programs Director, is an internationally exhibited Printmaker and Fiber artist, with gallery representation throughout America. He has a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute and a MFA from the University of Missouri at Columbia where he taught studio art for three years. He has lived, studied and taught college art and art history in Florence, Italy for over 17 years. David is also our on-site drawing and painting instructor for Italy.

ARTIS GROUP LEADERS More than just "Tour Guides", all our leaders are professional artists and educators who hold Master of Fine Arts degrees. Each has lived, studied or taught in the country of their expertise, and offer simply the best educational tours to be found.
